- Comment, story, live-comment and inbound-DM triggers, follow-request steps, eligible Quick-automation replays and lead generation are free within 1,000 DMs and 1,000 contacts per month. AI fallback replies, comment moderation and collaboration detection are Pro features.
- Do the features work together?
- Classic Quick automations support fixed replies, follow-request/re-engagement and eligible skipped-event replay. Visual flows separately support fixed DM and comment replies, delays, reply waits, conditions and lead capture. AI is an account-level fallback for unmatched inbound DMs; it is not a flow node.
- How long does setup take?
- A simple automation can be configured quickly: connect an Instagram professional account through Meta’s official login, select a supported trigger, write the reply and review the configuration before publishing. Actual setup time depends on Meta authorization and flow complexity.
