- The Free plan is ₹0/$0 forever: unlimited automations, 1,000 DMs and 1,000 contacts per month. Pro is ₹499/$9 billed monthly or ₹2,999/$49 billed annually. Pro subscriptions renew at the selected cadence until canceled.
- Is the Free plan really free — is it a trial?
- It is genuinely free, not a time-limited trial. No credit card is required, it never expires, and 1,000 DMs a month is enough to run real keyword automations on every post. You only upgrade when your volume outgrows the ceiling.
- Does DM Now charge per contact like ManyChat?
- No. DM Now pricing is flat: Free, then one Pro price with unlimited DMs and unlimited contacts. Your bill does not grow as your audience grows — a deliberate contrast to per-contact pricing models.
- What exactly does Pro add over Free?
- Pro removes the 1,000 DM and 1,000 contact monthly ceilings and adds up to 1,000 AI replies per month, collaboration detection and comment moderation.
- What happens if I hit the Free plan limits mid-month?
- At the DM limit, new automated DMs pause; at the contact limit, new contact capture pauses. The monthly allowance resets automatically or you can upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and public comment replies you configured can keep your presence active.
- Does Pro renew automatically, and can I cancel?
- Yes. Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions renew at the selected cadence. You can cancel from Billing; DM Now sends cancellation to Dodo or Stripe according to the processor that owns your subscription, and Pro remains active through the paid period.
