For artists & labels

Drop the track. The links drop themselves.

Use separate automations to send configured pre-save, ticket or merch URLs to eligible matching post comments, text story replies and live comments.

Capabilities

Pre-save links

An eligible “SAVE” match can receive the configured smart-link URL.

Ticket links

Use city-specific keywords or ask, wait for a reply and branch on text.

Merch links

Send the current store URL; purchase attribution remains in checkout.

Live shows

An active live automation can process eligible comments while the broadcast is active.

Contact review

Contacts identify matched senders; they do not prove streaming or buying behavior.

Multiple accounts

Connected accounts appear in the same user dashboard with account-scoped rules.

Why does release day need automation?

Release posts can generate repeated requests for the same URL. An active automation can process eligible matches without a person copying each link, but moderation, quotas, account pacing and Meta acceptance determine whether and when it is delivered.

What does a label do differently with DM Now?

Each connected artist account can have account-scoped keywords and flows. Contacts do not automatically store keyword, city, pre-save or purchase status. Use Activity for interaction context and the smart-link, ticketing and checkout systems for conversion data. Contact sales for custom onboarding and dedicated support.

Frequently asked questions

Can different keywords deliver different links on the same post?
Yes, when the keyword rules do not overlap. If one interaction matches multiple active automations, DM Now deterministically runs one winner, so test ambiguous comments before launch.
Does it work with Linkfire, Feature.fm or ToneDen?
Yes — the DM delivers whatever URL you give it. Your smart-link stack stays exactly as it is; DM Now is the delivery layer.
Is this useful between releases?
An active story or comment automation can answer eligible new interactions. Keep a media-scoped automation active for new comments on older catalog posts; re-trigger only recovers recent skipped events. A saved contact is not consent for a future announcement.
How do labels manage several artists?
DM Now supports multiple connected accounts in one user dashboard. Contact hello@dmnow.app for custom onboarding and dedicated support; there is no separate label-management workspace or guaranteed account-manager role.
