For agencies

Account-scoped rules for the repeatable reply layer.

Configure keywords, fixed copy and flows for connected accounts, then review per-automation delivery and completed-lead counts.

Capabilities

Account-scoped automations

Keywords, flows and fixed reply copy target a connected account.

Operational counts

Review per-automation sends, contacts and completed leads — not ROI.

Delivery visibility

Activity records sent, skipped and failed outcomes without an SLA.

Campaign recipes

Use constraint-aware playbooks; promotions still require manual administration.

Rule-based moderation

Pro checks configured terms, selected words and link patterns.

Custom onboarding

Contact sales for implementation planning and dedicated support.

Where does automation fit in an agency’s service stack?

Use DM Now for repeated eligible link requests and fixed FAQ responses. Keep strategy, promotion administration, sensitive messages, contextual support and human conversations with the team. Delivery is queued and can be skipped, quota-limited or rejected by Meta.

How do agencies prove ROI with DM Now?

Per-automation statistics provide DM, contact and completed-lead counts. Completed leads store source type and keyword, not the source post, account, response time, order or revenue. Activity retains media context but does not currently provide an agency report or account-filtered ROI view. Reconcile outcomes in client analytics.

Frequently asked questions

How many client accounts can we manage?
One user workspace can connect multiple eligible accounts, but DM Now does not currently provide agency organizations, client seats, RBAC or isolated client workspaces. Email hello@dmnow.app for custom onboarding and dedicated support.
Can each client have a different tone and flow?
Automation rules, fixed copy and AI business context can be account-scoped. User-level quotas, AI credits, CRM, Activity, billing and exports are shared, so do not describe the workspace as client-isolated.
Do clients need to hand over passwords?
Instagram credentials are not shared with DM Now; authorization uses Meta’s official login and can be revoked. There is no delegated client-invite flow, so authorization occurs while the agency’s DM Now workspace is active.
What do we report to clients?
Report per-automation delivery and completed-lead counts, plus destination analytics. CSV exports do not include source-post, response-time, account or ROI fields, and a sent reply is not a conversion.
