Early access, zero chaos.

“Comment DROP for early access.” Eligible matching comments can receive one configured private reply with your launch link or externally managed code.

Capabilities

The tease

Launch post says exactly one thing: comment DROP for early access.

Configured fulfilment

Send one private reply with a link or externally managed code.

Honest offer copy

Only state limits and deadlines your checkout or team actually enforces.

Interaction records

Eligible matches can become contacts; they are not classified as buyers.

Storefront option

KYC-verified sellers can publish downloadable products with checkout.

Launch-week stories

Use a separate story-reply automation for eligible text replies.

Why launch through comments instead of the bio link?

A clear comment keyword lets an interested viewer request a specific launch link without navigating a bio page. Delivery is queued and depends on matching, moderation, quotas and Meta acceptance.

Treat saved contacts as interaction records, not proof of purchase or permission for an unsolicited later campaign. DM Now does not connect storefront orders to Instagram contacts or separate buyers from non-buyers.

What does a complete launch flow look like?

Create separate comment, story-reply and live-comment automations where needed. Put the complete launch link or code in the one private reply available from a comment or live interaction. Continue only after the person sends a real DM response. For future comments on an older post, keep the media-scoped automation active; re-trigger only recovers recent eligible skipped events.

Frequently asked questions

Should I gate a launch behind a follow?
A direct purchase link is usually clearer. If you add DM Now’s follow request, disclose that the product cannot verify whether the person followed and avoid presenting it as a purchase requirement.
Can DM Now host the product itself?
KYC-verified sellers can publish downloadable digital products on a DM Now storefront with checkout. It is not an inventory, seat-capacity, course-hosting or physical-product system.
How do discount codes work with the automation?
You can include a code when the destination checkout supports and enforces it. DM Now storefront product settings currently support a fixed sale price and original-price display, not quantity-limited coupon codes.
What about people who comment after launch week?
Keep an active automation scoped to that post to handle future eligible comments, and update its reply when the offer changes. Re-trigger is bounded recovery for recent skipped events, not an evergreen comment scan.
