Yes. The system constrains the prompt and uses your context, but model output can still be inaccurate. AI is enabled per Instagram account, not per automation; review Activity, disable it when needed, and handle the live conversation in Instagram.

Does AI replace my fixed automations?

No. Active classic and visual-flow automations are evaluated first. AI only receives an eligible inbound DM when none of them matches.

When should AI answer instead of a fixed reply?

Use fixed automations when a keyword should always produce a precise response. Account-level AI is the fallback for inbound messages that do not match one of those automations. Give it accurate business facts; it is instructed not to invent specific prices, links or availability that you did not provide.

How do you keep AI replies safe and on-brand?

Controls include a per-account enable switch, a 4,000-character business context, FAQ and voluntary-detail extraction, monthly credit accounting, and activity logging. Collaboration enquiries and common billing, legal, safety, medical and credential messages are held for human review. The prompt treats incoming text as untrusted and tells the model not to invent details, but generated replies can still be wrong.
